After 3 days of growth in darkness, the corn seedlings were exposed to dim red light from above for 1 day. After the red light treatment, the seedlings were exposed to dim blue light from the right side. The movie starts at the start of the blue light treatment. Frames were captured every 20 min and playback is at 6 frames per sec.
